Gqunube Green Ecovillage
Gqunube Green Ecovillage needed to sell a number of plots within the village. They were concerned that the public perception of the village was too far from main-stream to attract the kind of buyers they were looking for. Hands on Marketing was asked to assist in capturing a more realistic and widely appealing image and to express this in materials to be used in open days and other marketing drives. We also assisted with the definition of the target market, which was used to create a database of prospects. We developed press advertising as well as a script guideline for inviting people to open days.
